The Senior Financial Analyst will plays an important role in providing strategic upport to leadership by understanding and communicating the key drivers of the business and the impacts by division/region/product. This position will analyze trends within the business and marketplace and communicate them on a monthly/quarterly basis. This position also serves as a key resource in the annual planning process, partnering with various areas of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reporting
- Assist with corporate level budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure business units are operating efficiently and remain on budget - consulting with the business if necessary to ensure operations remain on budget
- Review and communicate trends by division, region, and various other areas of the business
- Coordinate with the regional and local teams to understand variances
- Prepare decks for upper management
- Extensive ad hoc reporting and analysis

Required qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or business related field
- 3+ years FP&A experience is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, management, project and process skills
- Proven success in leading and building teamwork across the global enterprise
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, high visibility environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of tools and systems (HFM, Hyperion Planning, Excel, etc.)
