We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will join our corporate Finance team.

The Senior Financial Analystprovides direct support to respective business partners, is responsible for tracking and reporting of key metrics (e.g., weekly POS, monthly financial results), and leads the execution of critical financial processes (e.g., budget, monthly financial statement close, forecast). Other responsibilities may include monitoring and taking action on operational effectiveness, financial analysis for potential product launches, SKU rationalization, process improvement, cost savings initiatives and other ad hoc analyses and reports for the benefit of various businesses and finance leaders.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Build and leverage strong relationships with Operations, Finance & Executive Leadership;
  • Analyze and provide financial data, both quantitative & qualitative, to develop fact-based, actionable conclusions provided to management to make long-term strategic decisions;
  • Key role in critical finance processes, including budget, forecast, financial statement close, and account reconciliations and analysis;
  • Provide variance analysis for business partners to help prioritize risks and opportunities to manage against the annual operating plan;
  • Complete reconciliations and analysis, ensuring compliance with our close practices (SOX), and quarterly detailed review of key reserves and balance sheet fluctuations;
  • Provide "ground level" business knowledge and insights to enhance the effectiveness of business plans being developed;
  • Proactively find ways to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

What you'll need to be successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting;
  • Minimum of 3 years in finance, accounting or analytics;
  • Excel proficiency required;
  • Exhibit intellectual curiosity and ability to problem solve;
  • Financial and accounting aptitude, to analyze financial information;
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines; strong organizational skills;
  • Possess strong communication skills both internally and externally;
  • Operate with a sense of ownership;
  • Feel comfortable with ambiguity.

Some other nice to have's:
  • CPA and/or MBA are a plus;
  • Experience with SAP R/3, Business Warehouse and Tableau preferred.
