The Senior Financial Analyst performs work directly related to the analysis and forecasting of company financials. This position will conduct financial research, data analysis, and interpretation in order to act as a business partner and ensure sound financial decision making. Responsible for complex modeling, forecasting, specials projects and other analysis as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Provide financial leadership to internal Business Partners and other Finance team members
  • Preparation and analysis of financial and other operational reporting. This includes but is not limited to:
    • preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
    • P&L budgeting, tracking, and forecasting across various aspects of the business
  • Execute value added analysis and decision support for key business projects, products and other initiatives, which may include:
    • Develop and evaluate ROI/NPV models for cost savings and revenue scenarios
    • Evaluate price and cost changes and promotions, new product profitability and margin impacts
  • Strive to streamline and improve efficiency of all the above tasks and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with an Accounting or Finance concentration
  • 4-7 years of proven financial analysis experience
  • Ability to interpret and communicate financial issues and analysis
  • Understanding of financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow interactions
  • Ability to evaluate complex financial analyses, proactively define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities and to meet established timelines while maintaining accuracy in their work
  • Must possess an approachable and professional demeanor, have highly effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team based environment and to interface with all levels of employees

Computer Skills:

Advanced level experience in all Microsoft products, especially Excel & PowerPoint. Experience in Google G Suite, NetSuite and TM1 Reporting preferred.

The target base pay for this position is $82,500. Salary may be negotiable based on experience. The minimum salary does not include any other pay elements in which this position may be eligible.
