Position Summary
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to work as a lead for the Legacy and Instruments Inside Sales Team. This will mean finding and presenting opportunities for growth and projects for regaining lost customers to the Inside Sales and Operations Manager. In addition to working to meet all metrics and deliverables as they relate to projects/outbound calling, providing support to customers and field representatives as needed, and maintain the highest degree of customer experience
Principal Responsibilities
Complete a high level of outbound calling resulting in successful customer interaction for Instruments, Legacy, and white space customers
• Execute special projects to aid in business growth
• Assist in finding opportunities for growth and regaining lost customers
• Help with implementation and improvement of My Teleflex site
• Brainstorm process and business improvements that can aide in the success of your team
• Provide customer data for proactive outreach for customers with products coming up for expiration
• Ensure customers are supported in a timely manner
• Work to support Field Reps as needs arise
• Work with Customer Service in ensuring shipments and needs of customers and Sales Representatives are met
• Understand, analyze, and prioritize customer needs for assigned products
• Work with customers on daily interactions including pricing, substitute products, samples, order status
• Report customer concerns to Inside Sales and Operations Manager as needed
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing/R&D/Customer Service) to service customers
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements and special projects as they arise
• Help in regaining lost customers
• Work to improve team NPS score
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years in medical device industry
• Inside Sales experience
