Job Description Summary
Responsible for leading and supervising research projects in statistical and computational genomics including Phenome-Wide Association studies (PheWAS), machine learning (ML) projects in electronic health records (EHR), genome-wide association studies (GWAS), rare variant association studies, and data integration projects including social determinants of health and environmental data. This position will both lead independent research projects as well as participate in collaborative projects with other members of the Ritchie Lab, Penn Institute for Biomedical Informatics (IBI), Penn Medicine BioBank (PMBB) and other groups in the school of medicine.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and minimum four years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master's degree or higher preferred.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
