Summary of Role:

As a Senior Lead, Talent Acquisition (TA) reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving hiring for assigned client groups. This includes hands on recruitment and ownership of reqs, the search, interview process and offer. It also includes managing and leading client interactions for TA overall, including reporting, troubleshooting, and helping ensure delivery for all aspects of hiring.

Hiring Location: Malta, NY

Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Own hiring for several key client groups
  • Be the LEAD and main POC for the client and HRBP's for all things hiring
  • Empower and drive success. Influence, make recommendations and drive hiring excellence.
  • Establish excellent client relationships to ensure alignment and execution
  • Remove roadblocks and handle escalations
  • Drive close partnership with HRBP's and broader HR COE's
  • Align with our D&I company objectives to ensure we maximize the potential of this talent pool.
  • Drive efficient, high touch hiring processes
Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs


Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years recruiting experience
  • Experience leading TA for functions
  • Reporting experience
  • Proven ability to grow and uplift the performance of early-career talent
  • Track record of high execution as a recruiter
  • Cross collaboration: Ability to work cross functionally across all of HR
  • Project leadership: Ability to take new ideas and initiatives and build structure and momentum and make things happen
  • Reporting: Comfort with reporting, analyzing data, and providing meaningful insights from data
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Versatility - an ability to handle a variety of client groups and functions
  • Pace - proven track record of success in a high change, fast paced environment
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, not required
