What you'll do...

Senior Manager - Business Strategy and Operations, is a leadership role that is responsible for building and operating the 3P Partner Service Design team for the Seller Fulfilled Business and lead the operations integration of all facets of Seller Fulfilled, including Pre-purchase, Post Purchase and Reverse Logistics. This role will serve as a key interface between various Product, Program, Account Management, Central Partner Support Staff, Marketing, Finance, and Business Analytics teams while owning and tracking the daily performance of our 3P seller base and driving the closure of gaps to goals. This leader will lead the building of Annual Operating Plans for Seller Fulfilled and build the mechanisms for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Program Reviews, and drive 3P Partner Support strategy while championing the needs of our internal customers and business leaders.

You'll sweep us off our feet if ...

  • Serve as the PMO for the Seller Fulfilled space along with building the 3P Partner Service Organization focused on driving operational efficiency.
  • Own Triaging of Seller Fulfilled defects and build tools/mechanisms for effective tracking and closure.
  • Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making.
  • Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, and influences roadmap prioritization of partner teams.
  • Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area; manages risks associated with implementation.
  • Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results and value.
  • Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive a highly complex business area or one with high strategic importance to Walmart.
  • Navigates partner team dynamics and works across multiple sites.
  • Has accountability for the performance and results of the team in a highly complex business area or category.
  • Executes on strategy and sets priorities for own team as well as partner teams.
  • Adapts team plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Impacts the quality and timeliness of own team's results and its contribution to business or category goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain or related area and 8+ years' experience in Technology based product management, business operations, Operations Research, Supply chain management, or related area.
  • Experience designing/building complex supply chain technology solutions and operation metrics of such products and services in an ecommerce environment, preferably in the 3P/Marketplace environment.
  • 10+ years' experience building and leading large cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, Operations Research, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

SUNNYVALE, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
