Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A professional to join our growing corporate team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is a newly created strategic position working directly with our executive leadership team with potential advancement opportunities.

This position will guide decision-making and share knowledge and expertise to deliver reporting, data-based financial analysis and forecasting. The position is key to our wider finance organization in creating consistent, standardized planning and forecasting across the company.

Reporting to the CFO, the primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strategic business partnerships with our senior leadership team to provide forward-looking insight into financial results and forecasts
• Working with internal customers to develop and analyze financial projections
• Leading financial analysis projects and working on special projects to support the various needs of our business
• Providing monthly financial performance reporting packages, variance analysis and management scorecard
• Build and maintain strategic planning models supporting the business growth strategy
• Build pro-forma financial statements; prepare financial reports and analysis; evaluating financial performance and trends
• Key finance role in M&A activity including integration of acquisitions and impact on company growth goals
• Key finance oversight role in financial systems/ERP projects
• Develop business intelligence capabilities; design and implementation of data warehouse and dashboards
• Manage and develop internal management reporting team members

Ideal candidates will have the following experiences, skills and education:
• 7+ years of related experience in financial reporting, planning and analysis
• Public accounting experience desired but not required
• M&A integration experience preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in financial statement analysis and valuation modeling (proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must)
• Previous experience preparing forecasts utilizing complex financial models
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate at all levels within an organization, with external partners and potential targets
• Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to take initiative and create concise and decision supporting analysis is essential
• High degree of integrity and honesty. Must maintain confidentiality at all times, as this position requires high level of responsibility regarding confidential information
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence applications a plus
• MBA, CPA preferred
