Our Corporate Human Resources team has an immediate opening at our Voorhees, NJ Headquarters for a Sr. Mgr. HR Operations who is ready to take their career to the next level. As a Sr. Mgr. of HR Operations at Comar you will be a critical member of the Human Resources leadership team while leading and managing people operations across Comar. This includes, and is not limited to employee relations, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and policies and procedures. What you will do:

  • Manages all aspects of our Human Resources operations functions. Serving as a subject matter expert and directly working on employee relations and policies and procedures while managing total rewards, and HRIS.
  • Evaluate existing HR processes, identifying recurring tasks and critical procedures that warrant automation and/or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation; engage with relevant stakeholders to gather insights into the existing processes, ensuring comprehensive documentation and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop scalable methodologies and tools aimed at enhancing HR Operations efficiency, including streamlining key processes such as onboarding, terminations, and other aspects essential to the employment life cycle.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and support decision making; prepare reports that seek to provide information needed by all departments.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, contributing expertise and support to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Partner closely with the HR Business Partners and other HR functions to identify areas for process improvements and implement strategic initiatives.
  • As the organization continues to grow, job duties and expectations may increase and/or evolve over time.

Who we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field and 7 years of HR Operations experience or similar.
  • Expert knowledge in HR service delivery, HR policies, and effective processes.
  • Experience leading and managing a team.
  • Experience with employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HRIS systems.
