Overview
The incumbent is responsible for managing the strategic interface with Champion Sales, Merchant and Planning teams as well as key accounts for the Champion North American business. Responsible for strategizing, directing, developing and managing the retail planning process with a primary focus on driving top line sales, retail assortment optimization, planning, market share and profitability. Responsible for managing direct reports that manage the day-to-day tactics and operations of retail and assortment planning for key Champion partners. Champion, HbI's 2nd largest brand, represents substantial current and future growth opportunity for Hanesbrands, Inc.
