Help LNRS tackle our most difficult challenges and create compelling business and M&A strategies. Responsibilities includes gathering and turning data into meaningful insights, formulating hypotheses, developing / delivering strategic recommendations.

The ideal candidate will be inquisitive with a penchant for going above and beyond immediate project requirements to find deep insights others have missed. A genuine passion for problem-solving, combined with leadership and communication skills will be critical to success. Passion for business strategy and data & analytics business / markets

  • Develop business strategies to meet organization's long-range goals, incl. acquisitions/divestitures
  • Manage acquisition/divestiture processes - M&A strategy, pipeline development, pursuits, etc.
  • Analyze opportunities, synthesize insights and deliver strategic recommendations
  • Gain buy-in for and enable management to execute on our recommendations
  • Manage and mentor junior team members

  • Recommended Skills: Independent thinker, deadline-driven and organized, strong analytical and communication skills, penchant for thinking the impossible
  • Functional Knowledge: Experience in Insurance or OEM space is a bonus not a requirement; broad experience in business strategy projects will be useful
  • Leadership: Track record of collaboration with senior executives. Must be comfortable delivering formal presentations to management; Strong management and communication skills. The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to take action is essential
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and strategic / conceptual thinking; ability to develop frameworks for analysis, inductive rather than deductive problem solving skills, manage strategy projects and provide "thought leadership" to managers, analysts, clients, etc.
  • Impact: Ability to independently manage deliverables, relationships, process, etc., and owning the quality of deliverables is critical
  • Interpersonal Skills: Track record of developing strong relationships at all levels of the organization
