We have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior People Systems & Analytics Specialist to join our team. This is a newly created position that will be part of the Human Resources, Safety and Employee Support Services team. The role will have a key objective of ensuring the effective delivery of our best-in-class employee experience platforms, including Workday HCM. The individual in this role will participate in the strategic execution of the HR, Safety and Employee Support Services people-focused technology roadmap and provide expertise to support the business in leveraging Workday and other technologies to enable HR processes and automation.

Candidates located in Wisconsin or Iowa will work on a Hybrid basis, offering the flexibility to work from home while also spending time at one of our locations to interact with team members in-person.

Candidates located in Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Nebraska will work on a Remote basis. Limited travel to an office in Wisconsin or Iowa for meetings will be required.

Applicants currently residing outside any of these states will be expected to relocate. Relocation assistance will be provided!

Job Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor\u0027s Degree in IT, Business, Product/Project Management, HR, or other related field is preferred
Required Experience
  • 5 years of related experience
Preferred Experience
  • Workday HCM experience preferred; Cloud-based HCM experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience developing and configuring systems, business processes, condition and validation rules preferred
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
  • Solid understanding of Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Performance, Payroll, Recruiting and/or Talent preferred.
  • Maintain working functional knowledge of assigned systems across multiple functions and teams, driving community collaboration and a commitment to a great support service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working with HR, IT, and end users through face-to-face and virtual connections.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work with all levels within the organization
  • Working knowledge of Workday operations and administration
  • Ability to learn new products, systems, and modules owned by HR or Financials
  • Intermediate knowledge of Workday reports and security preferred
  • Basic understanding of system integrations
  • Must be organized with an ability to manage workload efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Workday certifications a plus.
