General Summary:
The Senior Practice Consultant acts in an advisory role, supporting Brigham Health practices with the identification and implementation of projects and tasks necessary to run successful Ambulatory clinics. The practice consultant will work at the direction of the Sr. Director of Ambulatory Services and in partnership with various members of the Ambulatory services team including the Executive Director, Manager(s), Quality & Safety Manager, Sr. Project Manager(s), Project Managers, Project Coordinator(s), among others. In addition, s/he will require close collaboration with staff within the clinical departments; as well as stakeholders from other hospital-based groups, such as Decision Support Systems, Quality & Safety, Finance, and others throughout the Brigham & Women's Hospital (BWH), and Brigham & Women's Physicians' Organization (BWPO), and Partners Health System (PHS). In this role, incumbents will facilitate strong working relationships between Ambulatory Services and practice leadership at all Brigham Health locations and throughout the organization.
The Senior Practice Consultant provides direct supervision to a team of Full-Time Employees (FTEs). Oversight includes the management of these resources in the effective execution and evaluation of their work, as well as in their professional development.
