ECS is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to work in National Capital Region, or Remote.

Job Description:

ECS is searching for an experienced pricing professional who can be a change agent and wants to make a difference. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who requires minimal supervision, but also excels within a team environment. The right candidate will:

• Lead pricing efforts of all sizes and complexities, with visibility at all levels of the organization.
• Serve as the Pricing SME and provide guidance and counsel on all aspects of cost proposal preparation during the proposal process.
• Participate in strategy sessions and color team reviews.
• Work closely with Capture/Business Development, Contracts, Purchasing, Human Resources and Operations to ensure accuracy of Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Facilitate/lead pricing reviews with upper management and coordinate with senior staff to determine pricing structure and strategy.
• Be able to work within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Interact with subcontract teammates to ensure data call(s) responses from them are timely.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of GovCon pricing and/or finance experience
• Working knowledge of all contract types
• Advanced/Expert with Microsoft Excel
• Functional knowledge of FAR, DFARs and CAS
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
