We're looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and collaboration to join the ADP team as a Product Manager helping deliver solutions across our Wage Payment Management product suite.

Critical will be working as part of the product team to drive product innovation, vision and strategy while executing on a product roadmap that aligns and meets the needs of business objectives and goals. As part of the product management team, you are front and center in helping us move forward. Act like an owner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand competitors and the market to help identify product gaps and differentiators, then applying this knowledge to prioritize the product backlog and enhance the product offering.
• Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working day-to-day with the product scrum teams to clarify requirements, balance business needs with technical requirements, and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet product requirements when needed.
• Develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and customer needs for our product.
• Own and develop business cases with measurable outcomes that translate product plans into tactical, actionable requirements for product development teams.
• Act as a user champion orchestrating product development and user experience (UX), with business stakeholders and align all development activities with business goals and priorities for your product area
• Serve as the central resource with design, process, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
• Collaborate with your Development and User Experience peers to guarantee the delivery of the best Wage Payment Management solutions in the market.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
• Evangelize internally and externally the benefits of our offerings
• Establish Measurable Outcome Focus identifying which are the most meaningful KPIs to track to drive product OKRs.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• 3+ years of experience in a market-facing software and Wage Payment Distribution product management role
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams to accomplish project goals
• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally
• Technical acumen to understand the data architecture and data exchange protocols such as APIs, Web Services, data streams, etc.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience

• Experience working as a product owner in an agile design-driven, user-centered product development environment in a technology company with focused on software development
• Experience in usability research and testing along with developing and deploying software solutions across multiple platforms including web, mobile and tablet devices
• Experience with other HCM solutions
