SUMMARY

Arcticom, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Senior Program Analyst for the Ground Based Air Defense Engineering and Logistics Contract at Quantico, VA. Program Analyst will support the GBAD Engineering and Logistics program by serving as a CLIN manager and point of contact for Logistics and Field Support activities and deliverables. Candidate must have experience in all responsibilities and meet minimum qualifications, including verified security clearance requirements.
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.

• Management of the logistics and field support team
• Support review and approval of documentation including load plans, test site diagrams and power plans, resource and vendor coordination and negotiation
• Provide recommendations and assist in accomplishing program level activities focused on logistics, maintenance, accountability and GFP
• Perform technical reviews, milestones reviews, program reviews,
• Ensure that activities and deliverables are on task according to CDRLs and CLIN structure
• Close coordination with engineering and data management to ensure failure, performance, and equipment statuses are consistently and accurately reported

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications (applies to both this section and KSAO's)

• Experience with MS Project
• 10+ years' experience direct DoD Program/Project logistical support and management experience
• Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and MS Project

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

• This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance.

Preferred

• PMP- Project Management Professional
• DAWAI Logistics and/or Program Management

NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. CONUS and OCONUS minimal travel may be required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises direct reports.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
