Our Construction Engineering practice helps developers, contractors, designers, fabricators and erectors efficiently and effectively move projects from initial concept to completion through early involvement in the design process. This early integration of structural design and detailing gives contractors more detailed information months sooner than with conventional delivery.

The Role

We are seeking a talented Structural Senior Project Engineer for our Construction Practice. Candidates for this role should have experience in medium to large sized projects such as; cultural buildings, office buildings, health care and research facility design, and tenant renovation work preferably in a consulting engineering firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direction, coordination, planning, and completion of engineering projects.

• Communication with clients to understand project requirements.

• Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to project requirements.

• Perform analysis and design and deliverables as well as other design team members, supervise the work of engineers and modelers, and direct staff in preparing contract documents such as drawings and specifications.

• Understand and track financial information related to the project.

Qualifications

• Degree (Master's preferred) in structural engineering or related field.

• Working knowledge of current industry software, including SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, Risa3-D, PCA Software, Revit, and AutoCAD.

• Professional Engineer and/or SE License.

• Ability and willingness to travel within the US and internationally
