POSITION PROFILE

The Sr. Project Manager provides RICOH's BIS Sales teams with pre/post sales and consultative support necessary to increase revenue and market-share growth in areas of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) services. Under the Director of Client services - The Sr. Project Manager will consult with clients to fully define and execute their litigation discovery collection, processing, document review and production strategy for a project. The Senior Project manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and consultation throughout the entire discovery or investigatory project, and success relies heavily on the Sr. Project Manager's ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as the central point of contact in providing standard and custom solutions for clients, leveraging a vast array of support services and technology resources to meet project objectives.
  • Provides support to the Sales team through consultation and setting direction, as well as assisting with the creation of necessary documentation for project needs.
  • Provides proactive and concise communication to clients and internal project team regarding project status; including budget, timelines, deliverables, adjustments in work scope and overall expectations in order to meet project requirements in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high-level of technical competency in all digital service offerings as well as maintaining current information regarding technology trends within the Litigation Support industry through use of industry publications and independent self-study.
  • If Requested attend, as a participant or contributor, local/regional Litigation Support / ESI seminars and industry trade shows.
  • Participates in internal sales meetings and provide general updates and Q&A sessions regarding ESI and Litigation Support.
  • Proactively engages Sales team by providing unsolicited ESI support and information.
  • Support the training and development of Sales Teams by assisting the developing course materials, conduct training sessions and help validate Local Sales Teams understanding of key concepts.
  • Provide initial training and developmental to clients on all services and tools utilized by Ricoh Project management team.
  • Develop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs along with the ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate billable hours and timely submit appropriate supporting documentation to billing department for invoicing.
  • Professional demeanor, exacting attention to detail, high quality work standards, and the ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities in a fast paced work environment.
  • Ability to successfully work independently with minimal supervision and work well within a team-oriented environment and foster effective team relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify and analyze issues and problems and recommend and implement effective solutions.
  • Create and provide thorough project documentation, reporting, and project metrics.
  • Report daily activities as directed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)

  • Requires 3-5 years litigation support management and case management experience with an emphasis on technical support or document review.
  • Requires proficiency in the understanding of typical law firm structures and document management processes and requirements as well as litigation support database systems.
  • Requires a working knowledge of industry recognized document management and support systems, as well as online hosting tools such as Relativity, Catalyst & iConect Xera platforms
  • Requires completion of a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and a passion for problem solving and implementing solutions to solve client needs.
  • Technical Writing skills preferred.

  • Technical Writing skills preferred.
  • Travel may be required but less than 25%
