Your Role:

You areresponsible for the evaluation, monitoring and quality improvement of supply chain partners. You will perform supplier facility audits; resolve design, workmanship, material and process issues affecting product quality; and initiate respective corrective actions and support MRB evaluations, development of Incoming Quality requirements and Statistical analysis of incoming and Supplier process data. You will issue and monitor CAPAs, and work with suppliers to achieve timely and comprehensive corrective actions. Furthermore you lead in Supplier Quality improvement teams, manage supplier yield/data reporting and ensure continuous improvement. Will work with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to support new product introductions and legacy products and with suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs and maintain on-time deliveries.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent in combination of experience and education

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Project- and Supplier Quality Management.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001. Knowledge of FDA QSRs a plus
• Willingness to travel (20-30%)
• Strong background in instrumentation and electronic equipment preferred
