Walker & Dunlop, LLC seeks to hire a professional Senior Salesforce Developer. The Senior Salesforce Developer will develop and modify W&D's Salesforce Lightning platform. Analyze Salesforce platform and plan development of new software components. Design and implement new features and components on the Salesforce platform utilizing Visualforce, Apex, D/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOJO, AJAX, Lightning web components, and Aura components. Establish and document Salesforce platform testing and validation procedures. Create programs to automate software testing. Deploy new software components and platform modifications to improve performance. Maintain consistent data quality throughout the Salesforce platform. Participate in team code reviews and recommend improvements to software development practices to meet quality and time-to-market goals. Analyze business user stories and requirements to inform technical configuration changes. Communicate reports on progress, results, and challenges to management. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Walker & Dunlop, LLC's Senior Salesforce Developer is a professional position and requires, at minimum, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. The individual must have at least 60 months experience in Salesforce software development, including Lightning, Apex, Aura, and Visualforce development; Developing Web-based User Interfaces; Development using D/HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Prototype, DOJO, AJAX, and CSS; Object-oriented software design and development using Java, Ruby, C#, and C++; and using the MVC (model view and controller) framework for Salesforce development. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical skills.

This position is based in our office located at 7501 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 1200E, Bethesda, MD and pays an annual base salary of $144,206.40 plus standard company benefits.
