*Salary:* $125K-175K+ DOE

What You Will Be Doing As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be joining our backend development team and reporting to our Director of Engineering.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance systems that can handle large volumes of data
- Contribute to the development of our existing backend code
- Design and develop software solutions that support quantitative investment strategies
- Develop and maintain tools and processes that support the investment research and portfolio management functions
- Ensure that the technology platform is secure, reliable, and highly available
- Perform other tasks as needed
What You Need for this Position Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 3+ years experience with Java
- Proficient with SpringBoot
- Strong experience with Microservices, APIs, and SQL
- Familiarity working in an AWS environment
- Prior experience in a FinTech or Wealth Management company is a HUGE plus
- Must be willing to come on site to our Boston office 2-3 days a week
