RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior System Analyst (Spring Boot/AWS) in Merrimack, NH.Responsibilities:- Senior System Analyst will collaborate with multiple other Agile teams (Scaled Agile) to lead dependencies and scope
- Work with business and technology partners to define the scope of problems/issues, in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes
- Work with Agile team to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and story maps
- Participate in backlog refinement sessions; Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable, requirements/user stories; Collaborate with Agile team members to research and evaluate alternative solutions
- As a Senior System Analyst, you will evaluate design of existing systems to judge their functionality, efficiency, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability, and cost of ownership
- Collaborate and anticipate with Agile team members to build comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches; Be able to clearly articulate the squad's needs, requirements, and dependencies
- Provide support in estimating, planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work
- Apply documentation standards and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of systems analysis experience working with customer facing web applications
- Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
- Good understanding of various web application components and how they interact with each other (e.g. web pages, APIs, backend systems)
- An outstanding collaborator and consensus builder with a focus on getting results for their squad and themselves
- Proactive, detail oriented, great teammate
- Strong analytical, communication, and social skills including negotiation and influencing
- Ability to examine and analyze existing IT systems and business and data models to identify requirements with the ability to articulate business problems/requirements/solutions in technology terms and vice versa
- Ability to multi-task across a variety of tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to optimally take the lead on issues and gain resolution in a timely manner
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
