RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer DoDAF in Chantilly, VA.Responsibilities:- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet DoDAF standards
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions
- Develop and maintain DoDAF-compliant architecture artifacts, including operational views, system views, and capability views
- Conduct architecture analysis to identify areas of improvement and potential risks
- Provide guidance and support to developers and other team members on DoDAF standards and best practices
- Participate in the ServiceNow development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- DoDAF certification required; Additional ServiceNow certifications preferred
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering and ServiceNow development
- Strong technical skills, including experience with ServiceNow development, DoDAF, and systems engineering principles
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, workflows, scripts, and interfaces
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on ServiceNow development and DoDAF compliance
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to other team members
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a focus on achieving results
- Experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
