As a Senior Systems Technician, you will be tasked with servicing and installing complex residential and commercial solutions including burglar alarm, fire alarm, access control, intercom, and CCTV systems. You will actively participate in company initiatives such as securing new referrals and upselling, while providing exceptional customer service.
