Better requires process discipline and simplification

The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a direct role in supporting Western Union's objective of being the leader in cross-border, cross currency money movement by helping to manage foreign currency risks related to our consumer money transfer business. You will be responsible for aggregating foreign currency risk information, executing foreign currency hedges with Western Union's key banking partners and query databases in order to bring information in from multiple systems. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring over 130 global exchange rates across various Western Union products. You will help support key internal stakeholders groups by providing foreign exchange expertise. You will work closely with the accounting team and provide various monthly valuation reports.

For such a fast-paced role, you'll have 4 years' experience within Treasury, Finance or Accounting. You will also have obtained your bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Finance or Economics. You'll have strong automation, IT/database skills specifically using macros and an ability to manage multiple priorities. You will have the ability to develop relationships across the company and an entrepreneurial mindset to build and improve best in class capabilities.

The annual gross base salary range is $71,192.21 -121,476.45. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
