Senior Warehouse Project Manager - REMOTE Senior Project Manager to coordinate all assigned projects and ensure company resources are utilized appropriately. Identify and analyzes project requirements, define the project scope and requirements with special attention to customer requirements. This position will monitor manufacturing schedules, engineering schedules, material acquisition, outside purchases and installations.
What You Will Be Doing Manage project status reports, create/coordinate project schedules, weekly meetings, and identify/resolves technical problems.
Identifies and analyzes project requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverable(s) with special attention to customer requirements.
Manage multiple construction projects ( up to 6) simultaneously.
Compile project status reports, coordinate schedules and manages project meetings.
Coordinate project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
Prepare and maintain a budget for each project.
Identifies and resolves technical problems.
Monitor engineering schedules, material acquisition, outside purchases and installations.

Handle projects from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000.
What You Need for this Position Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Associate Construction Management or Construction Technology
10 years experience in the field or a related area of Construction Management, Materials Handling, Structural Steel, Steel Racks
Knowledgeable with all facets of material handling and warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with other trades on a project site.
Customer retention skills are of primary importance.
Travel could be up to 30% which is deemed necessary to maintain project schedule.
