Description

Responsibilities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Pass a Background Screening
- 1yr of experience (preferred)
- A valid NY HHA certificate
- Picture Identification Card
- Social Security Number
- Pass Basic Exam
- Pass a Drug Screen Test
- Medical Exam with the year (2 PPD or Quanteferon Test, History of Positive PPD with Chest X-ray)
- Immunization Lab Report ( MMR)
- COVID Vaccination
