The Team:

We are the Strategic Marketing department with the global Brand organization of HERE Technologies. Our talented and highly engaged people aim at ensuring consistent, best-in-class brand and product experiences through strategy, planning, creative, design, and production of compelling marketing and communications content.

The Role:

Based in Chicago, you'll be part of a global cross-functional group that strategically and operationally runs our ecosystem of websites. The main hub for inspiring and educating audiences about our offering, generating buyer demand, and providing a self-serve entry into the HERE platform and its products is www.here.com. The following are some of the day-to-day responsibilities:

• Define project and/or sprint requirements, perform feasibility and needs/impact assessments
• Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including progress tracking, testing, documentation, and on-time delivery (projects may vary in number, size, and complexity)

• Ensure website performance and stability, working with internal and external technical teams
• Oversee technical roadmap progress, marketing tech stack integrations and implementation of site functionalities
• Enable rapid and stable development of improved digital experiences
• Develop and implement URL strategy with positive impact on hosting, website performance, and SEO improvements
• Work closely with content teams to achieve best-in-class SEO performance

Who are you?

You are an excellent project manager with an agile mindset, outstanding communication skills, and much of the following:

• Excellent understanding of common web technologies
• Specialized experience in search traffic growth and proven background in technical SEO
• Experienced with operationally owning CMS (preferably Drupal) and confident in training users on how to use the system
• Knowledge of CDN (content delivery network) and how it applies to website performance
• Experienced with multisite hosting (preferably Acquia, AWS)
• Flexible and able to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
• Minimum of 5+ years of related marketing operations/marketing technology/website operations experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
