We have an excellent opportunity in our Technical Support department for an electrical focused Customer Service Representative (Office) in either our Mountaintop, PA Facility or our Goodyear, AZ Facility.

Summary:

Support rolling door installers by providing excellent customer service by phone or email. Duties to include taking incoming calls to discuss installation questions as well as troubleshooting motor issues in the field and also component wiring.

Responsibilities/Principal Duties

• Work directly with our installing dealers to provide recommendations and support for installation of our product.
• Report and document all electrical related issues using Info CRM.
• Diagnose electrical - related issues and take proper measures to resolve.
• Assist in other areas as necessary and work cooperatively with others to help achieve company goals.

 

Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Electrical background expected; preferably training or education in Electronics Technology or equivalent. Field experience a plus by not required.
• PLC/PCB - control wiring understand required.
• Must be highly organized and have a proven ability to work within a team environment.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and UL guidelines / regulations.
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical / electrical schematics & diagrams.
• experience interacting with customers preferred.
• Superior communication skills.
• Excel, Word, and PowerPoint recommended.
