Service Delivery Manager If you are an IT Service Delivery Manager with experience, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing - Spearhead and develop product support and/or solution planning initiatives including dealing with pricing strategy, full lifecycle service delivery, etc.
- Be the go-to team member for services related to IT product services and solutions
- Take part in all phases of product development including but not limited to: product warranty support/cost analysis, and service product marketing, content and collateral
- Responsible for business analysis, root cause analysis, and develop recommendations/ solutions that lead to improvements in the business
- Collaborate with worldwide teams regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance reporting
- Key contributor responsible for revenue and margin contribution of one (or multiple) solutions related to a set of services
- Take customer business requirements and develop business case(s), validate solutions, and demonstrate how our services add value to customers
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of service delivery experience preferably in technology
- Strong product support background
- Solution planning skills
- Experience with pricing strategies for products/services
- Business analysis and data analytics knowledge
- Commitment to business improvements and experience driving initiatives
- Commitment to understanding customer business requirements and providing service/solutions that meet expectations
- Project management and change management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
