SEDU (Service Experience, Digitize and Unify) is a multiyear, phased strategy to bring all three JCI business units (Fire, Security and HVAC) onto one IT field service platform for call intake and schedule and dispatch. The result will be simplified employee execution and a unified customer experience that enables growth.
With the first phase of SEDU:
For us to realize the benefits of the program, our affected team members will need the proper training to use the new systems. This is where our team comes in. We're looking for dedicated and dynamic individuals to help drive this change by facilitating sessions and training team members virtually.
Deliver virtual training using MS Teams Enterprise to participants in one of three work streams: call intake, schedule/dispatch and/or work execution. When not delivering training, you may be acting as a producer for another facilitator, or updating training materials
