POSITION TYPE: Cardiovascular Service Line Director
LOCATION: Las Vegas, NV
SPECIALTY UNIT: Cardiovascular
JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 8+ years of OR/Cath Lab Supervisory experience required
- 5+ years of OR service line experience required
- 3+ years of Cardiac Director experience required
- Familiarity with Quality Measures and related regulatory requirements.
- Ability to establish collaborative and productive working relationships with physicians and clinical leadership.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex organizations through change.
- Demonstrated ability to use process improvement techniques to achieve operational results.
- Results-oriented work philosophy.
- Familiar with National Quality Measures for service line.
CERTIFICATION/ LICENSURE:
- Must have current RN license in the State of Nevada or ARRT Registration or RCIS.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Certification in project management, lean six sigma, quality, or related skill set.
EDUCATION:
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field required
