Position Summary: As an Account Servicing Specialist II, you would be involved in managing routine maintenance transactions related to loan and lease customers. Responsibilities of handling Paid in Full contracts, auditing files, pulling necessary documentation, and ensuring accuracy in servicing tasks for loan and lease customers. The specialist will contribute to maintaining efficient workflows within the department, adhering to established procedures, and supporting the overall servicing function.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process less complex maintenance on loan and lease customer files.
  • Handle Paid in Full contracts and ensured accurate completion of associated tasks.
  • Conduct audits on customer files to verify compliance and accuracy.
  • Pull and organize necessary documentation for servicing transactions.
  • Adhere to established procedures in guidelines in servicing activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow within the department.
  • Provide support in addressing routine inquiries and issues from customers and team members.
  • Contribute to the overall accuracy and integrity of customer files and documentation.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and changes affecting servicing tasks.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements identified by senior team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality due to access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
  • Responsibilities and activities maybe subject to change.

Qualifications and Competencies Required:

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 year of experience in a lending and/or captive finance industry operational environment such as Account Services (back-end operations), Funding, Customer Service, Collections
  • Education Requirements and/or Certifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and policy and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
  • Ability to apply previous knowledge to solve complex problems and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of MS Suite, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and stay updated on industry trends.

Overtime: Maybe required.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA

Physical Requirements:
