Do you have SharePoint experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Woodland Hills? Horizontal Talent is helping a collaborative company recruit a SharePoint & Power Platform SME, and the contract role comes with an attractive hourly rate.

As a SharePoint & Power Platform SME, you will provide expertise in SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, OneDrive, and other Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions. You will be part of a team directly contributing to the analysis, design, solutioning, development, deployment, integration, customization, optimization, ongoing support, and maintenance of collaboration apps, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

• Coordinate with business partners, architects, analysts, and developers to provide guidance and solutions based on business requirements
• Develop proof of concepts and manage platform upgrades
• Mentor junior level technical resources
• Lead technical discussions
• Review estimates and design and provide strategic and technical guidance.

To apply for this SharePoint & Power Platform SME role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Experience supporting users in building a business case, including cost and benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high-level plan
• Experience with MS technologies and tools, including collaboration and communications platforms and services, cloud technologies, and their security, governance, and compliance
• Experience troubleshooting system environmental issues, coordination and working with Microsoft support.
