Under general supervision, the Shuttle Driver operates the Garnet Shuttle to various points on campus and transports students, staff and faculty safely.

The days and hours available for this Part-Time position are:

• Mon 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Campus Shuttle
• Fri 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Campus Shuttle
• Sun-Sat 4:45 p.m. - 2:30 a.m. Campus Shuttle
• Tue and Sun 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Target/Giant (could be split between two drivers one on Tue and one on Sun)
• Fri 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Walmart/Media/Movies

Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide professional shuttle service to the Swarthmore College community.
* Be able to operate a 14-passenger van in inclement weather and road conditions.
* Conduct a pre/post inspection to ensure safe operation of the vehicle and document/report deficiencies or damage to the on-duty supervisor promptly.

Required Qualifications:
* Must have a valid Class C Drivers License and be able to operate an ADA accessible ramp.
* Must have a clean driving record and be accident free for minimum of 6 years.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous driving experience as a shuttle driver and or CDL preferred.
