The Baptist Seminary of Kentucky is seeking applicants for the position of Siloam Project Director. This position will work closely with leaders within Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the National Baptist Convention of America International, Inc. (NBCA) in administering our program of in-place contextual learning. This is a non-tenure, grant-funded position that we hope to extend beyond the initial five-year term of the grant, based on the success of the program. Travel will be required. The location of the position is flexible, with preference given to regions where BSK has key partnerships.
The successful candidate will have a terminal degree (Ph.D., D.Min., Ed.D, etc.) and significant experience in the Black Church tradition.
