RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Sitefinity Developer to join their team on a hybrid contract to hire basis in Springfield, MA.Responsibilities include:- Sitefinity Developer will work with current staff to help put together a comprehensive Sitefinity technical roadmap
- Provide development services that continually improves the product reducing technical debt over time
- Help rearchitect the system to give more content control to internal employees
- As a Sitefinity Developer, you will assist team fixing bugs and adding new features to the Sitefinity website
- Assist IT with deployments to ensure new features of site are released in a safe manner
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to organize and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ability to proactively anticipate, track, and plan for risks, issues, dependencies, resourcing, and contingencies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
