What the job looks like:

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong development skills. In this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills and technical knowledge with a strong aptitude for appreciating the focus, scope, and impact of your work in a much wider and forward-looking software landscape. We engage in all-day interdisciplinary pairing and mobbing in Zoom. It is important to use test-driven development with full code coverage. This team engages in fully transparent, open source development. User-centered design is what drives our day.

You have:

• Worked in an Agile environment with based on Scrum
• 5+ years of Development experience
• Strong JavaScript experience, TypeScript a plus
• NestJS framework a plus
• Experience building restful apis
• Experience with Test Driven Development, automated unit testing and end to end testing
• Superb time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• PostgreSQL, Redis
• Bash scripting
• Experience with CloudFoundry (Cloud.gov)
• Continuous Integration with CircleCI and GitHub Actions
• Automated testing with Jest, Cypress and pa11y
