RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Software Engineer in Hazelwood, MO.Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for producing software designs, code development, update documents, and testing of product improvements for the T-38C. The candidate will be expected to present the designs to the customer for approval. Microsoft Developer Studio will be the primary development tool for the software. The OFP code is written in C. The ground station software is written in C++. The candidate will be expected to be familiar with these coding languages. All designs and software will be reviewed by the software team. In addition, the candidate will be expected to participate in reviews of work completed by teammates. Testing will be performed on a desktop testing environment and in the Systems Integration Lab.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience producing software designs, code development, update documents, and testing of product improvements
• Presenting designs to customers for approval
• Microsoft Developer Studio will be the primary development tool for the software
• C, C++

Preferred Skills/Tools:

• ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
