Xavient Digital LLC is looking to hire a Software Quality Assurance Team Leader for Las Vegas, NV. This will be a very critical role in a strategic team and hence we require a diligent and extremely talented Software Quality Assurance Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the software testing and delivery team for Panorama, UXID, LaunchPad, Employee Cable Discount, other ERP applications of Charter and Salesforce projects/applications of Charter Communications for enterprise and residential customers.
  
• Design, develop and create test plan for Panorama and other applications which includes script design, validating Web UI, Platform performance and device compatibility for the Enterprise Internal webpage.
  
• Design and provide solutions in creating the architecture of test automation for various software applications.
  
• Responsible for logging defects in HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)/JIRA, and for triaging/retesting the defects and tracking the defects to closure.
  
• Responsible for communicating and working with business owners to write and implement the design and related test plans with Test management tools like HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM).
  
• Conduct workshops for Testing Team(s) to provide knowledge of implementation of new requirements or applications getting implemented.
  
• Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with periodic travel/relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
  

Educ./experience:

• Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field plus 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Test Lead, Software Quality Assurance Engineer, or related position.
  
• Experience must include testing GUI/web applications on Linux and Windows environments, ALM, JIRA, TestNG, and agile and waterfall methodologies on Mainframe, Windows XP, and Windows 10.
  
• Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with periodic travel/relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
