Job Description:

As a software engineer on our supply chain team, you will directly contribute to the development of InterSystems supply chain cloud solutions on top of our IRIS data platform. You will take on some of the most challenging supply chain problems, such as disruption management and actionable insights, and implement solutions by leveraging both IRIS built-in capabilities (such as machine learning, analytics, business process engine, etc.) and other cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and testing of InterSystems supply chain product(s)
• Customize InterSystems supply chain offering for specific customer requirements
• Work individually, or under the supervision of a senior developer/architect, to execute on customer implementation projects.
• Contribute to developments of other assets related to our offering, such as technical documentations, training materials, etc.
• Work collaboratively with the customer project team and InterSystems internal teams to satisfy customer project requirements.
• Work onsite or remotely on customer engagements as requested or as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Technical Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
• Interested in learning new things, and a fast learner
• Knowledge of core computer science concepts, agile software development, and related tools
• Experience with database management systems, working knowledge of relational database and SQL
• Proficient with at least one of the mainstream programming languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Node.js.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, core design patterns
• Experience with data analytics, machine learning, business intelligence, or integration is a plus
• Cloud development experience (AWS, GoogleCloud, Azure etc.) is a plus
• Good communication skill, a team player.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
