JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for sourcing strategy development and execution for the purchase of raw and pack materials, finished goods, equipment or services used in Dubois operations on a day to day basis at quality and service levels needed, delivering best in class cost and cash. Strong analytics and relationship management skills are required to represent Dubois as a procurement professional externally.

Primary Functions

1.Material or Service strategy ownership and execution; Industry analysis and market intelligence expertise to support strategy development.

2.Negotiation and bidding skill to purchases and establish contracts for critical materials from approved sources

3.Continuously develop critical supplier relationships to source product of the best quality at the optimum price at proper lead-times to meet customer requirements

4.KPI and scorecard execution with suppliers to ensure service and quality are met.

5.Collaborate and communicate regularly with Commercial, Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality to ensure that expectations and constantly met.

6. Allocations consider best total value on cost, cash, supply resiliency and incumbency.

7.Relentless mindset to continuously strive to reduce total cost of procured goods and services

8.Business leadership to understand the big picture and agility to change when this is the best course of action.

Travel

Some travel required. Approximately 5-10%.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree required. Business or Supply Chain preferred, Chemistry, Engineering or related fields accepted.

2.Minimum of three-five years of strategic purchasing or relevant business experience such as supply chain, operations, project management, or finance

4.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

5.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

6.Ability to work independently and in a group setting, ability to build strong working relationships.

2.High awareness to detail and strong analytical skills

3.Thorough working knowledge and experience of Purchasing skills: Sourcing Strategy Development and Execution, Negotiation/Bidding experience, Relationship Management

4.Strong research skills and knowledge of markets

5.Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at the same time

6.Strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively

7. Motivation/drive to learn and succeed, agility to manage change

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has supervisory responsibility of 1-4 direct reports.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate in a fast paced environment. Professional verbal and written communication will be necessary both internally and externally.

Periodic visits to the plant floor and warehouses should be anticipated.
