Position Overview
The Sourcing Partner is responsible for screening and submitting qualified applicants to locations for per diem positions. This role tracks applicant progress through the on-boarding process and reports results to the Sourcing Manager and applicable Hiring Manager and VP. This role is responsive to sourcing needs identified by locations.

Essential Job Functions
* Screen candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by state and location guidelines; work with location staff to ensure an efficient on-boarding process
* Post requisitions for per diem needs in areas designated by location
* Initialize, review and follow up on background and Fraud Abuse Control Information System (FACIS) checks; seek guidance of appropriate Aveanna staff regarding sanctions/criminal records; provide guidance to location on company policies regarding hire
* Utilize CareerBuilder to source candidates for locations with insufficient applicant traffic
* Consistently document and maintain applicant information in Applicant Tracking System and in Excel reports such as communication, dates and changes in status, etc.
* Participate in regular Sourcing department call and in additional group calls as requested
* Track and report applicant progress to Sourcing Manager, Hiring Managers and VPs
* Generate new business through conversations with prospective caregiver candidates

Requirements
* High school diploma
* Competency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel; experience learning different software packages
* Previous experience in a setting requiring detail and focus
* Clear criminal background check

Preferences
* College degree preferred
* Experience in recruitment, staffing or sales in healthcare or related field a plus

Physical Requirements
* Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
* Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds
* Prolonged sitting, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
* Must have visual and hearing acuity

Environment
* Performs duties in an office environment during agency operating hours
* Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
