Job Description
Pillsbury is seeking a Special Counsel to join the Corporate and Securities practice group in the New York City office. The ideal candidate will have debt and equity capital markets experience. The candidate will be expected to work with attorneys on a firmwide basis and handle capital market projects and have the ability to be first chair and lead transactions. Candidates should have a strong academic background along with exceptional research and writing skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York.
