What You Will Be Doing The job involves leading a team of layout engineers to create high-quality layouts for complex analog and mixed-signal blocks. The responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and design engineers, making critical floor-planning decisions, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, reviewing and approving final layout designs, staying updated with industry trends and advancements, and attending project meetings and events as necessary.
What You Need for this Position -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent.
-Experience with analog and mixed-signal layouts for deep submicron CMOS circuits, with recent experience in advance nodes.
-Proficiency in using industry-standard design software, including Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre DRC, LVS.
-Master of layout design principles and best practices.
-Leader and collaborator
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
