Job Title: Senior Analyst, Web Operations

Location: Hershey, PA

***This position can be 100% remote.***

Summary:

The Senior Web Operations Analyst is a strategic position within The Hershey Company to drive DevOps methodologies and automation. A successful candidate will be familiar with using and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Drive a DevOps methodology across key platforms.
• Administer Mulesoft Runtime Fabric environment.
• Support initiatives of Business Engagement and Solutions Organizations.
• Support initiatives around UAT, compliance review, data integrity, data security and disaster recovery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert working with Web Operations Administrators and our customers.
• Seek opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through maintenance and monitoring of resources and interfaces.
• Implement Automation of routine tasks.
• Educate and create documentation on technical requirements.
• Manage F5 BIG-IP LTM, ASM, and APM modules
• Supervise the work of onshore and offshore Web Operations Administrators.

Experience:

Administration of Web Technologies including (but not limited to):

• 3-5 years of experience in a Web Operations/Site Reliability Engineer role or master's degree in related field
• 3-5 years working with the following (or similar) technologies
  • Mulesoft Runtime Fabric
  • Akamai CDN
  • NS1 DNS
  • SSL Certificates & DigiCert
  • Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
  • F5 BIG-IP and BIG-IQ
  • Tomcat
  • Container Orchestration (Podman, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Linux (RHEL 7)
  • Git
  • Building & maintaining CD/CD pipelines
  • Azure
  • Ansible, Puppet, and/or Terraform

Education:

• BA/BS in Web Technologies, Computer Science, or a related field
