Summary:

The Business Analyst is part of the Global Service Desk organization, reporting to the leader of the Support Services organization, focused on Service Transition and readiness of new clients and products, for the support team. You will be primarily working with product teams, project teams , as well as internal stakeholders to ensure a successful transition and support of our client. You will build trust and engagement as you work to develop efficient workflows, with focus on improving the customer experience.  The Business Analyst will be comfortable and confident with their knowledge on processes and technical systems and capabilities, working across the business, to influence others with your approach. 

Position Details:

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Analyzes business operations to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.

* Functions as a liaison between the Global Service Desk and the corresponding CSG department or for other internal departments.

* Performs as a subject matter expert in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the technical systems and capabilities.

* Assists in the business process tracking, communicating and documenting critical requirements, details and issues/resolutions.

* May perform key activities related to a data needs, tool buildout and customer onboarding.

* Develops solutions requiring analysis and research. Responsible for critical work and/or complex projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Bachelors Degree Equivalent Experience required.

* Ideal skills include: Critical thinking, problem solving and Ability to work non-standard hours as required.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines and handle multiple projects.

* Basic knowledge of office software including Word and Excel.

* May require PC/LAN/Wan and/or client server experience.

This position is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
