Corporate Services Scanning & Indexing Technician 

 In this role, you will archive electronic and paper documents for Corporate Services.  You will also identify, index, scan and quality check document images to ensure archival quality and electronic retrieval by user departments.  Our ideal candidate will be dependable, focused, and team oriented.

What it Takes to Join Our Team:

• High School diploma or equivalent plus two years of relevant experience required. Experience with digital imaging preferred.
• Must have analytical, accuracy and organizational skills, as well as be detail oriented.
• Keyboarding skills of 35-40 wpm.
• Efficiency in computers and applications such as Microsoft Word, Adobe. X-Change, Access, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of equipment for identifying, scanning and archiving documents.
• Ability to follow guidelines and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally.
• Oral and written communication skills as appropriate to the position.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
• Reasonably regular and predictable attendance.
