Description:
The Senior Director, Emergency Department is responsible for the operational management, leadership, professional development and quality of care delivery of the Emergency services. This position is responsible to provide leadership to the Emergency Services interdisciplinary team, establish clear lines of communication, assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of services delivered, develop and implement plans for maintenance and improvement, and conduct ongoing evaluation of system effectiveness. The Senior Director, Emergency Services also serves as a liaison to local, state, and federal agencies with regard to emergency preparedness and public health services.
