That's where you'll focus as the Senior Director of User Experience Design for Gap Inc. You will contribute significantly to our business results, customer experience and the evolution of a phenomenal design practice. You'll lead our large user experience team as we create new and evolve existing digital experiences that serve our customers and grow our business. Our strategy is encompassed in our Power Plan - a combination of the Power of our Brands, the Power of our Portfolio and the Power of our Platform. The single digital platform that serves all our customers, across all our brands, will be your focus. It's $6B+ in revenue and growing, which makes us the second largest online apparel retailer in America.
With one of the top-20 global ecommerce sites we're amongst the handful of competitors who can - and must - be at the forefront of great digital experiences to thrive. We have an aggressive investment agenda, a large footprint and a massive customer base. You'll lead the design of the experiences for those customers in their digital experience with our brands. You'll report to the Vice President, Digital for Gap Inc. and lead a large (50+) person team.
This role can be based in our spectacular, waterfront San Francisco office - or can be remote in other US locations with travel to San Francisco as necessary.
